In thirty years this has happened a grand total of three times, we try to do a good job getting your order right the first time.
All items ship USPS Ground Advantage, typically within 3-5 days of your purchase. We're human beings, not a Walmart.
All orders will be shipped with tracking information provided to you. We cannot be responsible for what happens to items once they are shipped, but USPS does a pretty good job.
We're still working on a reliable method for International Orders. USPS International has gotten RIDICULOUSLY expensive and we've no idea how to work out the VAT taxes yet.
