Return and Refund Policy

All Sales are Final.
We will consider exchanges at our discretion, it helps if you're not a jerk about it.
No Refunds, so please make sure you want something before you buy it!
If by some chance you have received the wrong item, simply send us a photo of the actual item you received at bonsaibeads@yahoo.com, or text it to (828)-674-8286 with your name and order information and we will do our best to make it right. In thirty years this has happened a grand total of three times, we try to do a good job getting your order right the first time.
All items ship USPS Ground Advantage, typically within 3-5 days of your purchase. We're human beings, not a Walmart.
All orders will be shipped with tracking information provided to you. We cannot be responsible for what happens to items once they are shipped, but USPS does a pretty good job.
We're still working on a reliable method for International Orders. USPS International has gotten RIDICULOUSLY expensive and we've no idea how to work out the VAT taxes yet.
